All of our Yard Card rentals include delivery, set up, and pick up.
We deliver Yard cards between 6 pm and 9 pm the night prior to your reservation. We can also set up the morning of at 7am.
We will pickup after 4 pm at the end of your rental.

POLICIES
- Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date, we will invoice you through Paypal. Payment must be made in full the day on or before your reservation.
- You will be invoiced for all missing or damaged lawn display items.
- Please cancel all lawn services while our display is in your yard. Flying debris from lawnmowers, weed eaters, etc.. can cause damage to our signs.
- For the safety of everyone, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard card display. Special Occasions S.B will not be responsible or liable for any injury that may be caused to any person during the set-up,display, or removal of your yard card..
- Please do not remove or relocate any of our signs. If you need your display taken down early, please give us a call and we will gladly come and get them.
- Please do not attach balloons to the signs as they can pop and melt on the signs causing damage, especially on warm summer days.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control. Plans change! We will gladly reschedule the delivery or reimburse you 100% if you need to cancel, but you must give us at least 48 hours notice or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.
***In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.***
No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address. So please DOUBLE CHECK the address, delivery date and time to make absolute sure there won’t be any problems.
No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control
